Use

dual USB-C.
Single USB-C must only be used on laptops with

Dual USB-C must only be used on laptops with

Connect your laptop to the USB-C connector.
Passthrough power, lets power through to power
all devices, including your device.
Connect to other devices you want to use:
Monitors, mouse, keyboard, etc.
