• Udrożnić technologiczne otwory na bokach podłużnic.
• W otwory te włożyć specjalne wkładki z nakrętkami M10.
• Elementy haka C i D przykręcić lekko do podłużnic śrubami M10x35 8.8
(pkt 2).
• Do elementów haka C i D przykręcić belkę haka A śrubami M12x40 8.8
(pkt 1).
• Wykonać wycięcie 50x30 w dolnej części zderzaka, w jego osi.
• Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego.
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• The technological holes on the sides of the metal clamps make permeable.
• Insert the caget nuts M10 in these holes.
• Screw slightly the elements C and D to the metal clamps with
bolts M10x35 8.8 (point 2).
• Screw slightly the main bar A to the elements C and D with
bolts M12x40 8.8 (point 1).
• Cut out the fragment 50x30 in the lower part of the bumper, in its axle.
• Fix the ball and electric plate.
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Déboucher les ouvertures sur les ancs des longerons.
• Insérer les languettes spéciales avec les écrous M10 dans ces ouvertures.
• Visser legèrement les éléments C et D aux longerons avec les
boulons M10x35 8.8 (point 2).
• Visser la traverse de crochet A aux éléments C et D de crochet par les
boulons M12x40 8.8 (point 1),
• Entreouvrir l'axe de pare-chocs en partie basse de 50x30.
• Visser la boule et tôle de la prise électrique.
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
