Safety Tips
Note: Whilst all care has been taken to remove sharp edges, care must be taken when
cleaning or handling to prevent risk of injury from exposed metal edges.
• DO NOT stand or climb on the trolley.
• DO NOT drop heavy items on the trolley.
Distribute weight evenly across the trolley to prevent instability.

• Apply the castor brakes when the trolley is not in use.

Assembly
Note: Be sure to check all packaging materials for any small parts that may have come
loose during transportation.
To attach the shelves to the frames:
Select the required height for the top shelf. Shelves can be attached at any of the circular grooves,

spaced 25mm (1") apart, along the frame.
Holding the shelf on its side, slide the frame through the corner holes until the shelf is ABOVE the

Note: Ensure the frame handles point away from the shelves.
Attach two pairs of sleeves to the frame at the desired level for the

shelf [Fig. 1].
Repeat for the frame at the other end of the shelf.

Lower the shelf onto the sleeves and press firmly to secure.

Repeat for the lower shelf/shelves.
6.
Slide the castor covers over the frame legs and screw the castors

on to the frames.
Note: Ensure that the two castors with brakes fitted are
attached to the same end of the trolley.
Cleaning
• Clean regularly using a damp cloth.
• Dry thoroughly. Never leave the surface damp as this can cause discolouration.
