OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION
Do not use the appliance for defrosting or cooking of frozen foods. All foods must be completely defrosted
before processing by this appliance.
Before first use
Clean the appliance using dry cotton cloth prior to first use. Wash thoroughly the plates, drip trays and
the cleaning spatula. We do not recommend washing in the dishwasher! The salts are very aggressive and
eventually damage would occur.
Carefully dry the plates before reinstalling them into the appliance.
Do not forget to return the drip tray in its place.
Note: When you use your appliance the first time, you may smell an odour coming from the plates. This is
normal and the odour will gradually disappear. For this reason, we recommend that you „burn" the grill
prior to first use for at least 30 minutes without food.
