When using the machine, always observe the
enclosed safety instructions as well as the
additional safety instructions.

Make sure that the cutting disc is correctly
screened by the guard.
Never remove the riving knife. The distance
between the cutting disc and the riving knife
should not exceed 5 mm.
Do not use cutting discs which are bent,
deformed or otherwise damaged.
Do not use cutting discs which do not comply
with the specifications stated in this manual.
Never start cutting tiles before the machine
reaches full speed.

Do not use toothed
cutting discs.
After having used
the machine
continuously for 20
minutes, let it cool
down to ambient
temperature.

has been switched off and the cutting disc has
come to a complete standstill.
Never attempt to stop the cutting disc by
exerting pressure on the side of the disc.
Always unplug the machine before performing
any maintenance.
Do not use the machine before it has been
completely assembled and installed according to
the instructions.
Do not perform any design, assembly or
construction activities on the table while the
machine is switched on.
Unplug the machine and clean the table
before leaving the work area.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
DESCRIPTION
Your tile cutter has been designed for cutting
ceramic and clay paving and wall tiles.

MOUNTING THE MACHINE
The machine must be screwed to a workbench.
Mark the position of the mounting holes (2) on
the workbench.
Drill holes at each of the marked positions,
adjusting the diameter and depth of the holes to
the screws used.
Place the machine on the workbench and
insert the screws into the mounting holes.
Firmly tighten the screws.
MOUNTING THE GUARD
Fit the riving knife (6) to the table (4) using the
screws.
Place the guard over the riving knife (6).
Fit the guard (5) to the riving knife. Tighten the
lock knob.

the power supply
corresponds to
the voltage on the
rating plate.
Never cut tiles
without having the
guard in place.
