PROBLEM
Handle not in position.
Mower not starting.
Mower cutting grass unevenly.
Mower not mulching properly.
Mower hard to push.
Mower not bagging properly.
Mower vibrating at higher speed.
Motor stops while cutting.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Handle adjustment knobs and/or han-
dle lock clips are not secured.
Battery is low in charge.
Start key not installed.
Handle assembly is not in operating
position.
Lawn is rough or cutting height not set
properly.
Wet grass clippings sticking to the
underside of the deck.
High grass, rear of mower housing
and blade dragging in heavy grass, or
cutting height too low.
Cutting height set too low.
Blade is unbalanced, excessively or
unevenly worn.
Bent motor shaft.
Cutting height set too low.

SOLUTION
Make sure handle adjustment knobs are
fully seated and handle lock clips are
fully closed.
Charge the battery.
Install start key.
Raise lower and upper handle.
Adjust the cutting height.
Wait until the grass dries before mowing.
Raise cutting height.
Raise cutting height.
Replace the blade.
Stop the motor, remove start key and
battery. Inspect for damage. Have re-
paired by an authorized service center
before restarting.
Raise the cutting height.
