The appliance is intended
only for domestic use,
not for professional use.

operAtion - Before use for the first time
Before first use, remove possible manufacturing process residues by boiling 3 full kettles of water. Dispose
this water.
operAtion - Boiling water
1. Turn the kettle so that the spout faces away from you.
2. Open the lid.
3. F ill the jug with the required quantity of water (at least 0.5
litres, and a maximum of 0,8 litres). Never fill the water
boiler over the "max" indicator on the inside of the kettle (1).
Otherwise the hot water can spatter out of the base.
Make sure that you do not spill any water.
4. Close the lid.
Make sure the lid is locked while pouring water, otherwise
it may fall. To lock the lid, trun the lid a qauarter after closing (2).
The ceramic jug and spout become hot during usage, and stays
hot for a certain amount of time.
Prevent high temperature differences, Replacement of Boiling
by cold water can cause cracks in the teapot.
5. P osition the kettle on the base in such a way that the underside of the
kettle fits precisely into the
contact unit on the base.
6. I nsert the plug in the wall socket. Push down the On/off switch. The On/Off
pilot light will illuminate.
7. T he jug kettle is now switched on, and the water will now begin to heat. The
jug
kettle switches off automatically a few seconds after the water has come to the boil. The On/
Off pilot light will now extinguish.
8. Remove the jug by the handle, and pour the water out.
Be carefull you do not contact the hot water. It can cause serious burning wounds.
