If you are missing parts or have any questions, please visit our website at www.themdbfamily.com/support. For assembly, use the Allen wrench if it is included in the hardware box. We also recommend using a Phillips head screwdriver (not included) to complete assembly.
  • Page 3 Unpack and separate all parts, bolts, screws and clip angles. All holes for attachment have been pre-drilled. No drilling by the customer is necessary. Ask your store or call us for replacement of missing parts. Record your model/item number, P.O. / lot number, date of purchase, store purchased from and the finish color for future reference.

If guard rails are used as the mattress containment means, guard rails provided must be used to avoid the formation of a gap between the mattress and the bed that could cause an entrapment.
