Gewährleistung
Wir übernehmen für dieses Gerät (ausgenommen Lampen) für 5 Jahre vom
Kaufdatum an volle Gewähr. Diese Gewährleistung gilt für einwandfreies Arbeiten
bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung und Beachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung.
Während der Dauer der Gewährleistung werden auftretende Fehler und Mängel
am Gerät kostenlos beseitigt, soweit sie nachweislich auf Material-, Verarbeitungs-
und/oder Konstruktionsfehlern beruhen. Rügt ein Besteller einen Sachmangel, so
trägt er stets die Beweislast dafür, dass das Produkt bereits bei Erhalt der Ware
mangelhaft war. Diese Gewährleistung bezieht sich nicht auf solche Schäden, die
durch Abnutzung, fahrlässigen Gebrauch, Verwendung von nicht Original-HEINE-
Teilen (insbesondere Lampen, da diese speziell für HEINE Instrumente nach
folgenden Kriterien entwickelt wurden: Farbtemperatur, Lebensdauer, Sicherheit,
optische Qualität und Leistung), durch Eingriffe nicht von HEINE autorisierter
Personen entstehen oder wenn Vorschriften in der Gebrauchsanweisung vom
Kunden nicht eingehalten werden. Weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere Ansprüche
auf Ersatz von Schäden, die nicht am HEINE Produkt selbst entstanden sind, sind
ausgeschlossen.
Bei Reparaturen wenden Sie sich an Ihren Fachhändler, der das Gerät an
uns oder unsere zuständige Vertretung weiterleitet.
Warranty
We guarantee this device (except bulbs) for five years from date of purchase.
We guarantee the proper function of the unit provided it is used as intended by
the manufacturer and according to the instructions for use. Any faults or defects
which occur during the guarantee period will be repaired free of charge provided
they are caused by faults in material, design or workmanship. In the case of a
complaint of a defect in the product, the buyer must prove that any such defect
was present at the time the product was delivered. This guarantee excludes any
defects which occur because of wear and tear, incorrect use, the use of non-
original HEINE parts, (especially bulbs, as these are designed with emphasis on
the following criteria: Color temperature, life expectancy, safety, optical quality
and performance). Also excluded are repairs or modifications made by persons
not authorised by HEINE or cases where the customer does not follow the
instructions supplied with the product. Further claims, in particular claims for
damage not directly related to the HEINE product, are excluded.
For repairs, please contact your supplier, who will return the goods to us or
our authorized agent.
Garantie
Nous garantissons cet appareil (sauf ampoules) pendant cinq ans à partir de

Gebrauchsanweisung
Lesen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme der HEINE mini 3000 ® Instrumente diese
Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie sie zum späteren
Nachschlagen auf.
Das Produkt muss einer getrennten Sammlung
von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten zugeführt werden.
1. HEINE mini 3000 ® Batteriegriff
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung: Der HEINE mini 3000 ® Batteriegriff ist
ausschließlich für den Betrieb von HEINE mini 3000 ® Instrumenten bestimmt.
Batteriebestückung: 2 Mignonzellen (IEC LR 6)
Instrumentenanschluss: Innengewinde im Griffkopf (1)
Einschalten: Schiebeschalter (2) nach unten (rote Markierung wird über dem
Schieber sichtbar).
Ausschalten: Schiebeschalter nach oben. Beim Einhängen des Clips in der
Brusttasche schaltet der Griff automatisch aus.
Batteriewechsel: Schrauben Sie die Bodenkappe (3) ab und schütteln Sie die
Batterien nach unten heraus. Setzen Sie neue Batterien mit dem Pluspol zum
Griffkopf ein.
Reinigung: Abwischen mit Seifenlauge oder Alkohol.
Bitte beachten Sie:
Die einwandfreie Funktion der HEINE mini 3000 ® Instrumentenaufsätze
ist nur bei Verwendung von Original HEINE Ersatzlampen gewährleistet.
2. HEINE mini 3000 ® Ophthalmoskop
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung: Das HEINE mini 3000 ® Ophthalmoskop ist
ausschließlich zur Untersuchung des Auges bestimmt. Halten Sie das Instrument
bei der Untersuchung so, dass der Zeigefinger auf dem Linsenrad (4) liegt. Das
Blendenrad (6) erreichen Sie ebenfalls mit dem Zeigefinger. Im Fenster (5) sehen
Sie den eingeschalteten Korrekturwert. Minuswerte sind rot, Pluswerte schwarz.
Lampenwechsel
Schrauben Sie das Instrument vom Griff ab und ziehen Sie die Lampe (7) heraus.
Wischen Sie die Kuppe der neuen Lampe mit einem sauberen Tuch ab. Setzen
Sie die Lampe so ein, dass der Justierstift (8) in den Schlitz passt.
Reinigung
Wischen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem weichen Tuch und Alkohol ab. Verwenden
Sie ein Wattestäbchen mit Alkohol für die Glasflächen.

3. HEINE mini 3000 ® Otoskop/mini 3000 F.O. Otoskop
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung: Das HEINE mini 3000 ® Otoskop ist zur
Untersuchung des Gehörgangs und der Nasenhöhle sowie für allgemeine
Beleuchtungszwecke bei der nicht-invasiven Untersuchung bestimmt.
Zum sicheren Betrieb: Das Otoskop darf nur mit aufgesetztem Tip in den
Gehörgang oder die Nasenhöhle eingeführt werden.
Handhabung
Aufsetzen der Tips: Die Otoskope werden nur mit aufgesetzten Dauergebrauchs-
tips aus SANALON S (schwarz) oder AllSpec-Einwegtips (grau) eingeführt.
Setzen Sie den Tip so auf das Otoskop, dass die Nocke im Innern des Tips in den
Bajonettschlitz (9) passt. Ziehen Sie den Tip durch leichte Rechtsdrehung fest.
Vergrößerungslupe: Die Linse im Fenster (10) ergibt eine etwa 3-fache Vergröße-
rung. Zum Instrumentieren kann das Fenster nach beiden Seiten geschwenkt
werden.
Gebläseanschluss:
Das HEINE mini 3000 ® F.O. Otoskop hat eine Anschlussmöglichkeit für das als
Zubehör lieferbare Gebläse.
Zur allgemeinen Beleuchtung: Das Otoskop kann – mit oder ohne Tip – zur
Beleuchtung z. B. der Mundhöhle oder der Haut verwendet werden. Vermeiden
Sie dabei den Kontakt mit Schleimhaut oder verletzter Haut.
Lampenwechsel
Beim HEINE mini 3000 ® Otoskop schwenken Sie das Fenster (10) zur Seite
und ziehen die Lampe nach hinten heraus. Schieben Sie die neue Lampe bis
zum Anschlag in die Fassung.
Das HEINE mini 3000 ® F.O. Otoskop schrauben Sie vom Griff ab und ziehen
die Lampe (10 a) nach unten heraus. Schieben Sie die neue Lampe bis zum
Anschlag ein.
Reinigung und Sterilisation
Otoskop-Hauptteil: Reinigung außen mit weichem Tuch, innen mit Wattestäb-
chen, ggf. mit etwas Alkohol. Gassterilisation ist unbedenklich anwendbar.
Eintauchen in Flüssigkeit ist nicht zulässig.
Dauergebrauchs-Tips aus SANALON S können mit allen handelsüblichen
Mitteln gereinigt, desinfiziert oder ausgekocht werden. Autoklavieren ist unein-
geschränkt möglich.
AllSpec-Tips sind ausschließlich zum einmaligen Gebrauch bestimmt. Der
Versuch der Reinigung kann zur Beschädigung des Tipendes führen und den
Patienten verletzen.

4. HEINE mini 3000 ® Kehlkopfspiegel
Sicherheitsinformationen
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung: Der gerade Kehlkopfspiegel ist aus-
schließlich zur Beleuchtung bei der Untersuchung der Mundhöhle und des
Rachenraums bestimmt.
Zum sicheren Betrieb: Der Leuchtstab darf nicht ohne Spiegel in die Mund-
höhle eingeführt werden, da die Lampe heiß werden kann. Schalten Sie den
Leuchtstab sofort nach der Benutzung aus, um stärkere Erwärmung zu ver-
meiden.
Anwendung
Zur Vermeidung des Beschlagens des Spiegels genügt im allgemeinen die von
der Lampe abgegebene Wärme. Schalten Sie deshalb das Licht schon einige
Sekunden vor der Untersuchung ein.
Lampenwechsel
Schrauben Sie zuerst den Spiegel und dann die Lampe vom Leuchtstab ab.
Reinigung und Sterilisation
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Leuchtstab nicht in Flüssigkeiten eingelegt
werden darf.
1. Reinigung: Schrauben Sie den Spiegel vom Leuchtstab ab und reinigen Sie
beide Teile mit einem feuchten Tuch (Empfehlung: Seifenlauge oder Alkohol).
2. Desinfektion: Nach vorhergehender Reinigung können alle Teile mit
üblichen Desinfektionsmitteln abgewischt werden. Spiegel-Aufsätze dürfen in
Desinfektionslösungen eingelegt werden, sind jedoch vor erneuter Anwendung
unbedingt zu trocknen.
3. Sterilisation: Gassterilisation mit Äthylenoxyd ist unbedenklich für alle Teile
anwendbar. Dampfsterilisation im Autoklaven ist für Spiegel und Leuchtstab
jedoch nicht zulässig.

Instructions for use
Read these instructions carefully before using the HEINE mini 3000 ® and keep
them in a safe place for future reference.
In accordance with local regulations this product
should be disposed of as an electronic device separately.
1. HEINE mini 3000 ® battery handle
Range of applications: The HEINE mini 3000 ® battery handle should only be
used for operation to power HEINE mini 3000 ® instruments.
Batteries: 2 mignon cells (IEC LR 6)
Instrument connector: Internal thread in handle head (1)
Switching on: Push switch (2) down – a red "on" indicator comes into view.
Switching off: Push switch (2) up. If the handle is put back firmly into a coat
pocket the handle is automatically switched off.
Changing the batteries: Unscrew the end-cap (3) and shake out the old
batteries. Insert new batteries with the plus contact facing the handle head.
Cleaning: Wipe with a soapy cloth or a little alcohol.
Important note:
We can only guarantee the performance and safety of HEINE mini 3000 ®
instruments when they are fitted with original HEINE bulbs.
2. HEINE mini 3000 ® Ophthalmoscope
Range of applications: The HEINE mini 3000 ® ophthalmoscope is designed for
examination of the eye. During examination, hold the instrument with your index
finger on the lens wheel (4). You can also operate the aperture wheel (6) in this
way. Window (5) shows the selected lens value. Minus lenses are shown red,
plus lenses black.
Changing the bulb
Unscrew the instrument from the handle and pull the bulb (7) downwards. Wipe
the new bulb glass clean and insert it so that the locating pin (8) fits the slit.
Cleaning
The housing can be wiped clean with a cloth moistened with alcohol. Glass
surfaces can be cleaned with a cotton wool bud in the same way.

3. mini 3000 Otoscope/mini 3000 F.O. Otoscope
Range of applications: The HEINE mini 3000 ® otoscope should only be used
to examine the external ear, the nose and for general non-invasive examination.
Safety in use: The otoscope should only be used to examine the ear or nose
when a tip is fitted.
Use
Attaching a tip: The otoscope may only be inserted when a disposable (grey)
or reusable (black) tip is fitted.
Push the tip onto the instrument so that the internal projection engages in the
slit (9). Twist to the right to lock.
Magnifying lens: The lens (10) magnifies ca. 3x and can be swivelled aside for
instrumentation.
Insufflation port:
mini 3000 F.O. Otoskop: An insufflation bulb can be fitted to the port.
General illumination: The otoscope can be used with or without a tip for
general illumination of e.g. the oral cavity or skin. Avoid contact with sensitive
or damaged skin.
Changing the bulb
HEINE mini 3000 ® otoscope: Swivel the lens (10) to one side and simply pull
the bulb backwards out of the head.
With the HEINE mini 3000 ® F.O. otoscope, first unscrew the head from the
handle and pull the bulb (10 a) downwards. Push in the new bulb.
Cleaning and Sterilization
Otoscope head: Clean the outside with a soft cloth, inside with a cotton wool
bud, if necessary soaked in alcohol. Gas sterilization is permitted. Do not soak.
Reusable SANALON S tips: These can be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized
or boiled by any conventional method. Autoclaving is permitted.
AllSpec-Tips: Are for single use only. Do not attempt to clean them as the tip
may be damaged and could injure the patient.

4. HEINE mini 3000 ® laryngeal mirror
Safety informations
Range of applications: The straight laryngeal mirror is used to illuminate the
mouth and throat during medical examination.
Safety in use: The curved light stem should never be inserted into the mouth
without an attachment fitted to the end as the bulb can become hot. Switch off
the instrument after use to avoid it becoming too hot.
Using the instrument
To avoid fogging of the mirror during use, the warmth from the bulb is usually
sufficient. We recommend that the instrument be switched on a few seconds
before the examination is made.
Changing the bulb
Unscrew first the mirror and then the bulb from the light stem.
Cleaning and sterilizing
Do not place the light stem in liquid.
1. Cleaning: Unscrew and remove the mirror from the light stem and clean both
parts with a damp cloth – we recommend a soapy solution or alcohol.
2. Disinfection: After cleaning, wipe all parts with a conventional disinfectant.
Instrument heads can be soaked in disinfectant solutions, but should always be
dried before use.
3. Sterilization: Gas sterilization with ethylene oxide is recommended for all
components. Autoclaving should not be used for the mirror and light stem.

Avant de mettre en service le HEINE mini 3000 ® , veuillez lire attentivement ce
mode d'emploi et le conserver soigneusement pour toute consultation
ultérieure.

les lois en vigueur.
1. Poignée à piles HEINE mini 3000 ®
Champ d'application : La poignée à piles HEINE mini 3000 ® est exclusivement
destinée à l'alimentation d'instruments à fonctionnement HEINE mini 3000 ® .
Alimentation : 2 piles sèches du type (IEC LR 6)
Raccord pour instrument : Filetage interne dans la partie supérieure de la
poignée (1).
Mise en marche : Pousser l'interrupteur (2) vers le bas (un repère rouge apparait
alors au-dessus de l'interrupteur).
Arrêt : Repousser l'interrupteur vers le haut. Arrêt automatique de la poignée
par fixation avec le clip dans la poche d'une blouse.
Changement de piles : Dévisser le culot (3) et extraire les piles en secouant la
poignée. Introduire les piles neuves, avec le pôle positif dirigé vers la partie
supérieure de la poignée.
Nettoyage : Essuyer avec un chiffon imbibé d'une eau savoneuse ou d'alcool.
Important : Pour garantir un fonctionnement irréprochable des têtes HEINE
mini 3000 ® , il est impératif d'utiliser exclusivement les ampoules HEINE.
2. Ophtalmoscope HEINE mini 3000 ®
Champ d'application : L'ophtalmoscope HEINE mini 3000 ® est exclusivement
destiné à l'examen de l'oeil. Pour procéder à une examination, tenir l'instrument
de telle sorte que l'index repose sur la roue de lentilles (4). La roue de diaphrag-
mes (6) est également actionnée avec l'index. Dans la fenêtre de lecture (5),
apparaissent les valeurs des lentilles enclenchées. Les valeurs négatives figurent
en rouge et les valeurs positives en noir.
Changement d'ampoule
Dévisser l'instrument de la poignée et retirer l'ampoule (7) vers le bas. Essuyer le
verre de la nouvelle ampoule avec un chiffon propre. Insérer l'ampoule de façon
à ce que la tige d'ajustage (8) rentre dans le passage prévu à cet effet.
Nettoyage
Essuyer le boîtier de l'instrument avec un chiffon souple, imbibé d'alcool. Utiliser
un coton-tige imbibé d'alcool pour les surfaces en verre.

3. Otoscope HEINE mini 3000 ® /Otoscope mini 3000 F.O.
Champ d'application : L'otoscope HEINE mini 3000 ® est destiné à l'examen du
conduit auditif et le nez, ainsi que, plus généralement, à l'éclairage de surfaces
dans le cadre d'examens non invasifs.
Consignes d'utilisation : Ne jamais introduire l'otoscope sans spéculum.
Mise en service
Mise en place des spéculums : Pour une examination, les otoscopes doivent
être munis de spéculums réutilisables en SANALON S (noirs) ou de spéculums
à usage unique AllSpec (gris).
Mettre le spéculum sur l'otoscope de telle sorte que la came à l'intérieur du
spéculum épouse la fente type baïonette (9). Serrer le spéculum en le faisant
tourner légèrement sur la droite.
Loupe pour grossissement : La lentille dans la fenêtre d'observation (10)
permet d'obtenir un grossissement d'environ 3 fois. Pour une instrumentation,
faire pivoter la loupe sur l'un des deux côtés.
Raccord de soufflerie :
L'otoscope F.O. HEINE mini 3000 ® possède un raccord pour, éventuellement,
brancher une soufflerie. Cette soufflerie est livrable comme accessoire.
Utilisation à des fins d'éclairage : L'otoscope peut – avec ou sans spéculum –
servir à l'éclairage de la cavité buccale ou de la peau. Eviter cependant le
contact avec les muqueuses ou les plaies.
Changement d'ampoule
Pour l'otoscope HEINE mini 3000 ® , faire pivoter la fenêtre (10) sur le côté et
extraire l'ampoule en la tirant vers soi. Introduire la nouvelle ampoule en la
poussant jusqu'aux limites de son réceptacle.
Pour l'otoscope F.O. HEINE mini 3000 ® , il faut le dévisser de la poignée et
retirer l'ampoule (10 a) vers le bas. Ensuite, introduire la nouvelle ampoule en la
poussant jusqu'aux limites de son réceptacle.
Nettoyage et stérilisation
Tête de l'otoscope : Nettoyer l'extérieur avec un chiffon doux et l'intérieur avec
un coton-tige, le cas échéant imbibé d'un peu d'alcool. Une stérilisation au gaz
est tout à fait possible. Ne pas immerger dans un liquide.
Les spéculums réutilisables en SANALON S peuvent être nettoyés avec tous
les produits courants, désinfectés et stérilisés à l'autoclave (max. 3 bars).
Les spéculums AllSpec sont à usage unique. Ne jamais les réutiliser : tenter de
les nettoyer pourrait en détériorer l'extrémité et, de ce fait, blesser le patient.

4. HEINE Miroir laryngé mini 3000 ®
Informations relatives à la sécurité
Champ d'application : Le miroir laryngé droit est exclusivement destiné à
l'éclairage de la cavité buccale et de la gorge lors d'examen.
Consignes d'utilisation : Le porte-ampoule ne doit en aucun cas être introduit
dans la cavité buccale sans accessoire, étant donné que l'ampoule peut atteindre
une température élevée. Eteindre immédiatement l'éclairage après utilisation, de
manière à éviter un excès de chauffe inutile.
Utilisation
En principe la chaleur dégagée par l'ampoule suffit à éviter que le miroir ne
s'embue. Allumer pour cela l'instrument pendant quelques secondes précédant
l'examination.
Changement d'ampoule
Dévisser d'abord le miroir du porte-ampoule et ensuite dévisser l'ampoule.
Nettoyage et stérilisation
Important: le porte-ampoule ne doit être en aucun cas immergé.
1. Nettoyage : Dévisser l'accessoire terminal du porte-ampoule et nettoyer les
deux parties à l'aide d'un chiffon imbibé d'alcool ou d'eau savonneuse.
2. Désinfection : Après avoir effectué un premier nettoyage il est possible de
désinfecter tous les composants avec les produits de désinfection usuels. Les
accessoires peuvent être immergé dans des solutions de désinfection. Dans tous
les cas les instruments doivent être secs avant toute nouvelle utilisation.
3. Stérilisation : La stérilisation au gaz d'oxyde d'éthylène est appropriée à tous
les éléments. La stérilisation à la vapeur en autoclave n'est pas possible pour
le miroir et le porte-ampoule.
