IMPORTANT: The instruction manual you are holding includes essential information on the safety measures to be implemented
for installation and start-up. Therefore, the installer as well as the user must read the instructions before beginning installation
and start-up.
Keep this manual for future reference.
To achieve optimum performance of the timer follow the instructions provided below:
1. VERIFY THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKING:
The following accessories are included inside the box:
• Water effects timer
• Installation and maintenance manual
2. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Device for disconnection deferred of water effects such as waterfalls, massage jets, etc. as well as underwater projectors.
By installing this timer in timed function, automatic disconnection of the controlled element is guaranteed, thereby avoiding energy
loss caused by unwanted or unnecessary permanent connections.
The timer operates by means of a piezoelectric effect pushbutton located inside or near the swimming pool.
Timing is between zero and thirty minutes.
For correct installation, the power supply of the temporization of the projector or any other type of receiver must be protected by a
differential switch of high sensitivity (10 or 30 mA).
This timer has been developed for use with piezoelectric pushbuttons with a power supply of 12V
of 5V DC. A maximum of two LED diodes can be connected, one red and one green.
IS TOTALLY PROHIBITED the use of this apparatus with other types of pushbuttons.
The LED indicators of the timer indicate its status. The green LED indicates that the effect is on and the red LED indicates that the
effect is off.
Under no circumstances is the manufacturer liable for the assembly, installation or start-up, or for the handling or inclusion of any
electrical components that have not been manufactured on his premises.
3. GENERAL OPERATION:
OFF:
In the "OFF" position, the timer will be permanently disconnected. The output of the relay will not be activated in this position, even
if the pushbutton is pressed.
0-30 minutes timing:
By adjusting the time scale, when the pushbutton is pressed, the output relay will activate and start-up the element to be controlled.
This is when timing will start in accordance with the silkscreen printed time scale.
Once the time is over, the relay will automatically switch off.
10 seconds before the output switches off, the green LED will flash to warn you that the programmed time is finishing.
If the output is on (relay connected) and the pushbutton is pressed again, the time will restart.
MANUAL
The timer can also be switched on/off without timing. To do this, place the potentiometer in the "MANUAL" position.
Whenever the pushbutton is pressed, the element to be controlled will be switched on or off.
When there is a power cut, the timer is disconnected. To connect it, you have to press the pushbutton again.
4. ELECTRICAL DIAGRAM OF THE TIMER:
The terminal has an input for the pushbutton (terminals 14 and 15). The two red cables of the pushbutton should be connected at
this input. It also has additional inputs to switch on the LED diodes of the pushbuttons.
It has an input for the green LED (terminals 10 and 11) and an input for the red LED (terminals 12 and 13).
