• Odkręcić osłony plastikowe w bagażniku samochodu
• Odkręcić zderzak .
• Od tylnego pasa samochodu odkręcić belkę zderzeniową
(nie będzie już wykorzystana).
• W otwory podłużnic wsunąć elementy zaczepu C i D oraz elementy
• E i F , poprzez technologiczne otwory w podłużnicy skręcić lekko
śrubami M10x40 8.8 (pkt 1) i M10x40 8.8 (pkt 2
• Skręcić belke haka A z elementami C i D śrubami M12x40 8.8 (pkt 3)
• Przykręcić kątowniki do belki haka śrubami M10x40 8.8 (pkt 5) i do tylnego pasa.
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• Zamontować zderzak.
• Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego śrubami M12x70 8.8.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Unscrew the plastic covers in the boot of the car.
• Unscrew the bumper.
• Unscrew the bumper bar from the rear belt of the car (it will not be used any more).
• Insert the elements C, D and E, F in the holes of the metal clamps and screw slightly
through the technological holes in the metal clamps with bolts M10x40 8.8 (point 1)
and M10x40 8.8 (point 2).
• Screw the main bar A to the elements C and D with bolts M12x40 8.8 (point 3).
• Screw the metal angles to the main bar A with bolts M10x40 8.8. (point 5)
and to the rear belt.
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Assembly the bumper.
• Fix the ball and electric plate with bolts M12x70 8.8.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Démonter les carters en plastique dans le co re.
• Dévisser le pare-chocs.
• Dévisser la poutre de chocs de la bande postérieure du véhicule
(elle ne sera plus utilisée).
• Introduire les éléments d'attache C,D et les éléments E,F à travers les ouvertures
de longerons et ensuite visser légèrement par les boulons M10x40 8.8 (point 1)
et M10x40 8.8 (point 2).
• Serrer la poutre du crochet d'attelage avec les éléments C et D à l'aide des boulons
M12x40 8.8 (point 3).
• Visser la cornière à la poutre du crochet et à la bande posterieure en utilisant les
boulons M10x40 8.8 (point 5).
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Monter le pare-chocs.
• Visser le crochet d'attelage et socle de prise électrique par les boulons M12x70 8.8.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
