The rotational speed controller (5) allows you to adjust
the speed in either gear.
You can choose from 6 different rotational speeds.
• Use low speeds when dipping the mixer in or taking it
out of the mixture.
• To set the desired speed, do not use the rotational
speed controller (5) until the mixer is fully immersed.
• While mixing, move the mixer around inside the mixture.
Keep mixing until the mixture is thoroughly mixed.
• Release the ON/OFF switch (7) when you are finished mixing.

Cleaning

Risk of injury caused by unintentional start-up!
Unplug the mains plug before performing any work on the machine.

Overview of cleaning

Prior to every start

Check mains plug and cable for
damage.
Regularly, depending on conditions of use

Remove all dust from the
ventilation slits of the motor.
Clean the machine.
How?
Inspect visually and, if necessary, have
the parts replaced by a trained electrician.
How?
Clean the ventilations slits with a
vacuum cleaner or a brush.
Wipe the unit with a slightly damp cloth
