Garantie des herstellers
FR : La garantie constructeur est de 5 ans. A cette garantie pièces, s'ajoute une prise en charge main d'œuvre qui est comprise
exclusivement en cas de retours dans nos ateliers. Si un retour de la pompe à chaleur est demandé par le fabricant, les coûts de
transports pour le retour en atelier sont à la charge du client et le coup de retour chez le client sont à la charge du fabricant.
EN: The manufacturer's warranty is 5 years. In addition to this parts guarantee, we also cover labour costs, which are only included in
the case of returns to our workshops. If a return of the heat pump is requested by the manufacturer, the transport costs for the return
to the workshop are at the customer's expense and the return to the customer is at the manufacturer's expense.
ES: La garantía del fabricante es de 5 años. Además de esta garantía de piezas, también cubrimos la mano de obra, que sólo se
incluye en caso de devolución a nuestros talleres. Si el fabricante solicita la devolución de la bomba de calor, los gastos de transporte
para la devolución al taller corren a cargo del cliente y el viaje de regreso al cliente corren a cargo del fabricante.
DE: Die Herstellergarantie beträgt 5 Jahre. Zusätzlich zu dieser Teilegarantie decken wir auch die Arbeitsleistung ab, die nur bei
Rücksendungen in unsere Werkstätten eingeschlossen ist. Wenn eine Rückgabe der Wärmepumpe vom Hersteller verlangt wird,
werden die Transportkosten für die Rücksendung in die Werkstatt vom Kunden und die Rückfahrt zum Kunden vom Hersteller
getragen.
IT : La garanzia del produttore è di 5 anni. Oltre a questa garanzia sulle parti, copriamo anche la manodopera, che è inclusa solo in
caso di restituzione alle nostre officine. Se il produttore richiede la restituzione della pompa di calore, le spese di trasporto per la
restituzione in officina sono a carico del cliente e il viaggio di ritorno al cliente è a carico del produttore.

FR : Cette garantie est exclusive et tient lieu de toute autre garantie implicite de valeur marchande ou d'adaptation à une utilisation
particulière et de toute autre garantie expresse ou implicite. Les dédommagements prévus dans cette garantie sont exclusifs et ils
constituent la seule obligation de la Sté Warmpac et toute autre affirmation faite par une personne quelconque sera sans
conséquence.
EN : This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all
other warranties, express or implied. The remedies provided in this warranty are exclusive and are the sole obligation of Warmpac
and any other representation made by any person shall be of no consequence.

determinado y a todas las demás garantías, expresas o implícitas. Las indemnizaciones establecidas en esta garantía son exclusivas

consecuencia.

Entschädigungsleistungen sind exklusiv und stellen die einzige Verpflichtung von Warmpac dar, und jede andere von einer Person
