Dear customer,
you have purchased a vacuum cleaner of dust class "H-asbestos". According to technical rule
TRGS 519 (§ 7.2, paragraph 7), equipment in this category must be serviced and, if required,
repaired by a company that has been approved and certified under the hazardous substances
ordinance. This is to be carried out as required, at least, however, once a year.
When required, please contact us directly in order to discuss the details of this particular
process:
Following coordination with you, ASUP provides a fee-based pick up and drop off service with
own vehicles.
If you drop off the equipment yourself, you need to ensure that the equipment will be packed
airtight.
The device should preferably be delivered without suction products - fee-based disposal of the
suction products is of course possible.
The serviced device is identified by a "serviced" stamp and will get a maintenance report with
test certificate.
Repairs needed outside of this servicing time are subject to a fee. The customer will be
notified of this fee in the form of a cost estimate and the repairs will be carried out once he
confirms his agreement.
