Please go over the following points if the device is not working properly:
Problem
The device is not working
The hub cannot be secured on the food
and is slipping.
The hub is slipping from the food while
using the device.
The food won't twist through the blade
application.
Solution
•
Check if it's connected to
electricity.
•
Check if the plug is secured in
the outlet.
•
Make sure to press the bu on
accordingly
Put the hub onto the flat side of the
food and place it in the middle.
Release the bu on, cut one side of
the food so that you have a flat side
and put on the hub again.
Check if the food is suitable for the
electric spiralizer.
