Assembling the appliance (Pic.03)

Hold the motor unit upside down and insert the paddle shaft into the hole.

Push the transparent lid into the leg of motor unit.
•
Push the mixing paddle on the paddle shaft and turn back.
•
Take the freezer bowl out of the freezer, make sure it is completely
frozen. Place the already mounted lid with motor unit and paddle on
the freezer bowl.
•
Slide the lock clips and make sure it is securely locked.
•
Turn on the device by using the ON/OFF switch.
•
Pour the ingredients through the feeder hole into the freezer bowl.
•
Leave the machine ON for approximately 20-40 minutes. Maximum
operation time is 1 hour.
NOTE: THE ENGINE OPERATES SLOW AND RATTLING THIS IS BECAUSE
A RETARDER ON THE ENGINE.
Note: home-made ice-cream will not have the same consistency as hard,
store-bought ice-cream. The consistency will be more soft and creamy. To
make the ice-cream harder, use a rubber spatula or wooden spoon and
remove the ice cream from the cooling container into a sealed container.
Place this container back into the freezer for several hours, or until ice-
cream becomes hard.
HOW TO CLEAN
•
The freezer bowl, paddle and lid can be cleaned with warm water and
mild detergent. The motor drive can be cleaned by using a damp cloth.
•
Do not put any parts in the dishwasher. Never immerse the motor unit
in water.
•
Make sure all parts are dried thoroughly.
•
Never place the freezer bowl in freezer when it is still wet.
•
Never store the mixing paddle and/or drive shaft in the freezer.
