6. OPERATION
• Close protective cover
• Adjust the rollers gap by mean of the upper adjustment lever
between the rollers.
• Adjust the rollers gap by mean of the lower adjustment lever
between the rollers. The gap will be reduced automatically for the second passage.
• Tighten the knobs

• Press the start button
• Fold loading sheet
• Feed a slightly pre-formed dough into the delivery rollers
• The rolled-out, oval piece of dough will slide out onto the loading sheet
• Turn the oval dough piece 90 degree on the loading sheet
• Fold the loading sheet
