6 Installing the kettle holder
Observe the following installation instructions:
 Make sure the installation location provides sufficient stability.
 Check beforehand that there is sufficient space on the other side for the drill
head to come out.
 Make sure no concealed cables are damaged when drilling or screwing.
 Make sure the airbag function is not impaired.
To perform the installation, proceed as follows:

Fasten the kettle holder with the screws supplied.

Using the kettle

NOTICE!
A
 Use the device only when the vehicle is stationary, not while it is moving.
 Please immediately absorb any escaping fluid. Damage to the electron-
ics may be caused by moisture entering the device.
 Danger of scalding!
Empty the water tank carefully.
 Fill the water tank up to between the minimum and maximum mark
(fig. 2, page 2).

Before initial use

NOTICE! Risk of damage!

Before connecting the device to the DC power socket, you have to fill the
water tank with water.

Boil water once or twice to clean the water tank.
➤
Pour the boiled water away.
