Fitting kit
- 2 screws BHc 6x35 black
- 2 screws BHc 6x20 black
- 4 screws BHc 5x25 black
Fitting instructions
- Remove the 4 original screws from the holder that maintains the headlight (photo below).
- Place the aluminium support on the original holder with 2 screws 6x20 and 2 screws 6x35 as shown below and
tighten:
- Place the 4 wide rubber inserts Ø5 on the Ermax aluminium support at the remaining 4 locations.
- Place the Ermax nose screen on the aluminium support and fix it thanks to the 4 screws BHc 5x25 and the 4
rubber washers Ø5. Adjust the nose screen position on the holder and tighten everything.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* Screens damaged by an inadequat washing are not guaranteed (abrasive, corrosive ... products, solvent, thinner, benzine ...). Wash immediately brake or battery fluid which may flow on accessories.
