Press the on-off switch. Remove the plug from the outlet. Always pull on the plug and not
on the lead.
· Open the lid carefully. Caution: hot steam will come out of the appliance. Remove the egg
rack from the casing, and put the eggs in cold water. This will make it easier to remove the
