•
Odkręcić zderzak wraz z uchwytami (nie będą już montowane).
• W miejsce odkręconych uchwytów, poprzez otwory (pkt 2) przykręcić elementy
C i D. Następnie wykonać otwory 11,5 poprzez otwory (pkt 1) i skręcić
nakrętkami G M10 na wysięgniku.
•
Przykręcić wsporniki E i F do elementów C i D śrubami M10x35 8.8 (pkt 3).
•
Pomiędzy elementy C i D wsunąć belkę główną A i przykręcić śrubami M12x35 8.8
(pkt 4 i 5).
•
Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego śrubami M10x40 8.8 (pkt 8).
•
Przykręcić zderzak do uchwytów (pkt 6 i 7) śrubami M8x30 8.8.
• Wszystkie śruby dokręcić z momentem jak w tabeli.
•
Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
•
Unscrew the bumper together with the handles (they will not be used nay more).
•
Screw the elements C and D through the holes (point 2) in the place of the
unscrewed handles. Next drill the holes 11,5 through the holes (point 1) and screw
with nuts G M10.
•
Screw the supporters E and F to the elements C and D with bolts M10x35 8.8
(point 3).
•
Insert the main bar A between the elements C and D and screw with bolts
M12x35 8.8 (point 4 and 5).
•
Fix the ball and electric plate with bolts M10x40 8.8 (point 8).
•
Screw the bumper to the handles (point 6 and 7) with bolts M8x30 8.8.
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
•
Connect the electric wires.
• Dévisser le pare-chocs avec les poignées (ils ne seront plus utilisés).
• A travers les trous au lieu des poignées dévissés, visser les éléments C et D (point 2).
Ensuite, faire les trous
G M10 sur le support.
• Visser les supports E et F aux éléments C et D avec les boulons M10x35 8.8 (point 3).
• Mettre la poutre du crochet entre les éléments C et D et visser à l'aide des
boulons M12x35 8.8 (points 4 et 5).
• Visser le crochet d'attelage et socle de prise électrique à l'aide des boulons M10x40
8.8 (point 8).
• Visser le pare-chocs aux poignées (points 6 et 7) à l'aide des boulons M8x30 8.8.
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
11,5 à travers les trous (point 1) et serrer avec les écrous
