USE:
This appliance has been designed exclusi-
•
vely for heating specific areas of the body. Do
not use it for any other purpose.
POSITIONING THE PRODUCT
1. Connect the power cable connector (4) to
•
the product (5) (Fig. 1). Make sure it is connec-
ted securely.
2. Plug the connection cable (3) into the mains.
•
The display screen (d) and the automatic
•
shut-off pilot light (c) will light up for a moment.

SELECTING THE TEMPERATURE
1. Press the ON/OFF switch (a).
•
The display screen will light up (d) and show
•
temperature position 1.
If the letter F flashes on the screen, please
•
refer to section Troubleshooting (Fig. 3).
There are 6 positions
•
These temperatures are approximate and
•
may vary slightly while the appliance is in use.
2. If you would like to increase the temperatu-
•
re, press the temperature position button (b)
until the desired temperature position appears
on the display screen (d) (fig. 4).
3. If the product is too hot for your liking, press
•
the temperature position button again (b). It will
once again return to the starting position.
SWITCHING OFF AND UNPLUGGING
1. Press the ON/OFF switch (a).
•
2. Disconnect the power cable from the pro-
•
duct connector.
3. Unplug the power cable from the mains (3).
•
Allow the product to cool down before sto-
•
ring or cleaning.
AUTOMATIC SAFETY SHUT-OFF
For your safety, this product switches off auto-
•
matically after 3 hours of continuous operation.
The automatic shut-off pilot light will come
•
on (c).
IF you want to switch the product on again:
•
Press the ON/OFF switch (a).
The automatic shut-off pilot light will turn off
•
(c). The product will start working again.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the letter F appears on the display screen,
•
proceed as follows:
1. Check that the power cable connector (4)
•
is correctly inserted into the connector (5). If
not, press the ON/ OFF button (a) and insert
it correctly.
2. Check that the operating failure is not cau-
•
sed by overheating. To do so, press the ON/
OFF button (a) and allow the product to cool.
Find out what is causing the product to over-
heat and eliminate the cause.
Do not cover this product with plastic bags
•
or any additional covers.
3. If the appliance stops working, contact an
•
authorised technical service.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
ALWAYS remove the power cord (3) from
•
the socket on the cushion (5), as the control
unit must not get wet during washing.
Do not use solvents, or products with an
•
acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive
products, for cleaning the appliance.
Make sure that all parts are completely dry
•
before using the cushion again.
1. Remove the power cord (3) from the socket
•
on the cushion (5) and unplug from the mains.
2. Wash the blanket in the washing machine at
•
a temperature of up to 30ºC and leave it to dry
completely.
It is advisable to wash the cushion only if it is
•
dirty or dusty. If washed too often the product
could wear out very quickly.
STORAGE
Let the appliance cool down before storing and
•
fols so that it is flat without creases.
When the appliance is not in use, keep in a dry
•
place and avoid placing heavy objects on top
as they could damage the cables.
Avoid creases forming. Check the appliance
•
and power cord frequently to make sure they
are in perfect condition.
ANOMALIES AND REPAIR
Take the appliance to an authorised technical
•
support service if product is damaged or other
problems arise. Do not attempt to disassemble
or repair the appliance yourself as this may be
dangerous.
