the maximum allowed on the programmer, a
message error will appear (Fig. 13).

7.3 System Code

Blank cards provided by Favero Electronic Design
do not have a pre-set System Code.
In order for them to be used in the system, the
cards must have a System Code that is the same
as that set for
CARDWRITER-01 programmer, otherwise they will
be refused.
The first operation to be carried out is
that of selecting a System Code (chosen
by the administrator, and usually a
random value) for the entire system (for
the CTx
CARDWRITER-01 programmer).

same manner as that of other parameters. Due to
the importance of
confirmation is requested.
7.4 Administrator menu password
The password for the administrator menu allows
you to deny the operator access to system
parameters.

7.5 Resetting the programmer
In case you forget your password, you can reset
the CARDWRITER-01 programmer to the default
values by following the steps below:
1) Disconnect the power supply by extracting the
power cable at the back of the programmer.
2) Open the CARDWRITER-01 programmer by
unscrewing the 4 screws at the bottom of the
container.
3) Reconnect the power supply by holding down
the "PROG" button on the board behind the
display.
4) Release the button after the power supply has
returned.
5) Reconfigure
programmer.
