3. The first time you use the ash cleaner

Remove all packaging materials.
▪
Check that the package contents are complete.
▪
Check the appliance, the power plug, the power cord and all accessories for transportation damage.
▪
Loosen the clasps, remove the cover and attach the filter to the edge of the tank.
▪
Place the cover on the tank and use the clasp to fixate it.
▪
Insert the aluminum tube (5) into the soft hose (4) and insert the end of the soft hose into the air
inlet.
3.1 Vacuuming ash

Before starting the appliance, please make sure that the filter is positioned correctly.
WARNING! ≤40°C – For use with cold ashes only!

When the tank is full or it becomes difficult to vacuum more ashes, the filter needs to be cleaned and
the tank emptied (see section 4).
3.2 Using the blowing function
If you wish to use the ash cleaner to blow out air, for instance to clean the crevices between the vermiculite
stones, you can attach the hose to the air outlet.

Insert the hose (A) into the air outlet (D).
▪
Put the aluminum tube (C) into the hose (B)
4. Cleaning and maintenance

Press the switch button and turn off the vacuum cleaner
▪
Pull out the plug
▪
Roll up the power cable
▪
Open the container
▪
Take out the filter bag
▪
Empty the container and wash off the filter bag with clean water
▪
Dry up the filter bag
▪
Assemble the vacuum cleaner
Caution: Do not use cleaning agents to clean the plastic parts of the tool. Cleaning with a dry cloth is
recommended. Water must never encounter the tool.
