• Odkręcić zderzak oraz tylne lampy.
• Zdemontować plastikowe osłony w bagażniku, wyjąć wykładzinę.
• Do bagażnika włożyć nakładki H tak, aby pokryły się z otworami fabrycznymi.
• Poprzez otwory (pkt 1, 3, 4) wykonać otwory wiertłem 10,5 a następnie
rozwiercić do średnicy tulejek E, G i F.
• Przykręcić belkę haka A śrubami M10x120 8.8 (pkt 2 i 3) stosując tuleje F i G.
• Elementy C i D przykręcić do podłużnic śrubami M12x35 8.8 (pkt 5)
oraz śrubami M10x110 8.8 (pkt 1).
• Przykręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem jak w tabeli.
• Przykręcić zderzak oraz tylne lampy.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Dokręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego śrubami M12x70 8.8.
• Unscrew the bumper and rear lights.
• Disassemble plastic shields in the boot, take out the covering.
• Insert the plates H in the boot in this way, so the plates agree
with the technological holes.
• Drill the holes 10,5 through the holes (point 1, 3, 4), next drill them
to the diameter of the sleeves E, G and F.
• Screw the main bar A with bolts M10x120 8.8 (point 2, 3) using sleeves F and G.
• Screw the elements C and D to the metal clamps with bolts M12x35 8.8 (point 5)
and M10x110 8.8 (point 1).
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Screw the bumper and rear lights.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Fix the ball and electric plate with bolts M12x70 8.8.
• Dévisser le pare-chocs et les lampes arrières.
• Démonter les carters en plastique dans le co re, enlever le revêtement.
• In ler les rondelles H dans le co re de la façon qu'elles correspondent
aux trous originaux.
• A travers les trous (point 1, 3, 4) faire des trous à l'aide d'un foret 10,5
et ensuite les aggrandir au diamètre des douilles E, G et F.
• Visser la poutre du crochet A avec les boulons M10x120 8.8 (point 2 et 3)
en utilisant les douilles F et G.
• Visser les éléments C et D aux longerons en utilisant les boulons M12x35 8.8
(point 5) et M10x110 8.8 (point 1).
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Serrer le pare-chocs et les lampes arrières.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
• Visser la boule et la tôle de la prise electrique avec les boulon M12x70 8.8.
