Introduction
Nowadays, many of us are lucky to have clean and drinkable tap water although
the truth is that the environmental degradation and technologies go through
several processes in order to ensure quality water and this often affects signifi-
cantly the water flavor. One reason is the chlorine added in the water treatment
plant for health security.
Water chlorination and the presence of chlorine is necessary during distribution
to our homes so that the water reaches free of bacterial contamination, but it
