You must not infringe on the privacy of your
neighbours, visitors and passers-by.Filming the
street is forbidden.
You also have to inform any persons working in
your home (nurse, baby-sitter, etc.) that they
are likely to be filmed temporarily while working.
In this case, you will have to issue a declaration
to the CNIL (French data protection authority).
Der DMBV TYXAL+ wurde nicht für den Einsatz
im Außenbereich entwickelt. Das Privatleben
der Nachbarschaft, Besucher und Passanten
muss berücksichtigt werden. Das Filmen der
öffentlichen Wege und Straßen ist untersagt.
Das Personal des Haushaltes (Kranken-
