ADJUSTMENT OF LASER BEAM
The line beam of the laser will require careful
adjustment after it is installed on your tile saw, and
periodically thereafter.
1. To align the line beam - so it is parallel to the saw
blade and the cutting line - loosen the screw at the
bottom of the laser plastic case, just above the
brass laser barrel. Turn the laser on, and rotate the
brass barrel until the beam is aligned straight
before and after.
2. The line beam can next be adjusted left to right.
Place a tile or heavy piece of paper or cardboard
on the sliding table of your saw, tape it in place so
it does not move. Push the table until the paper
contacts the blade, and make a thin pencil line
where the blade meets. Slide the table back.
3. Loosen the mounting screws on the laser
housing, (figs. 9,10)

and rotate left or right so the laser beam is
aligned with the pencil mark. If the housing will not
rotate far enough, remove the plastic cover of the
laser housing.
4. Slightly loosen the two small screws between the
batteries, and again rotate the laser housing until
the beam is aligned with the pencil mark. Tighten
all screws, and replace the cover.
Repeat the above steps if the laser beam needs
adjustment after use.
