• Odkręcić plastikową osłonę.
• Udrożnić technologiczne otwory z gwintami na tylnym pasie samochodu (pkt 2 ).
• Wyjąć zaślepki gumowe z boku podłużnic.
• Od zewnętrznej strony w technologiczne otwory w podłużnicach włożyć tulejki
dystansowe E ze śrubami M12x90 8.8 (pkt 3).
• Do tak przygotowanego podwozia przykręcić elementy haka C i D
śrubami M12x90 8.8 (pkt 3), M8x35 8.8 (pkt 2).
• Do elementów haka C i D dokręcić belkę haka A śrubami M12x40 8.8 (pkt 1).
• Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego śrubami M12x70 8.8.
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• Przykręcić plastykową osłonę.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Unscrew the plastic shield.
• The technological holes with threads on the rear belt
of the car make permeable (point 2).
• Remove the rubber plugs from the side of the metal clamps.
• Place thrust washers E and bolts M12x90 8.8 in the technological holes
in the metal clamps from the external side (point 3).
• Screw the elements C and D to the chassis with bolts M12x90 8.8 (point 3),
M8x35 8.8 (point 2).
• Screw the main bar A to the elements C and D with bolts M12x40 8.8 (point 1).
• Fix the ball and the electric plate with bolts M12x70 8.8.
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Screw the plastic shield.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Dévisser le carter en plastique.
• Déboucher les trous technologiques avec les letages sur
la bande postérieure de la voiture (point 2).
• Enlever les bouchons en caoutchouc du côté des longerons (point 3).
• Inserer les douilles et les boulons M12x90 8.8 (point 3)
dans les trous technologiques, dans les longerons
• Visser les éléments C et D aux châssis avec les boulons M12x90 8.8 (point 3),
M8x35 8.8 (point 2),
• Serrer la poutre du crochet A à l'élément du crochet d'attelage C et D avec les
boulons M12x40 8.8 (point 1).
• Visser le crochet d'attelage et socle de prise électrique avec les boulons M12x70 8.8.
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Visser le carter en plastique.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
