USE
The citrus squeezer consists of the following control devices:
-
pressure switch which activates the motor as soon as the squeezing cone is
depressed; the motor stops when the pressure is released
-
right-left rotation alternating each time the squeezing cone is depressed
, and is complete with:
-
Motor unit (1) with liquid drainage holes and base with anti-scratch feet and
cone rotation pine
-
Jug (2) with capacity 1.0l, graduated scale and handle: it must be inserted
correctly, so that the two arrows (▲ and ▼) on the two parts are aligned
-
two concentric strainers, one above the other (3): they fit into the top of the
jug; the position of the top one can be adjusted by moving the button (4) to
the right or left; they filter all citrus flesh.
-
2 cones: large (5) and small (6), for citrus of al sizes; the small cone engages
with the drive shaft and has clips for securing the strainer; the large one fits
on top of the small one, pressed into place
-
Lid (7) which fits snugly onto the strainer and jug

completely, remove the plug from the power socket,
 The filter will trap the seeds and flesh.
 Do not squeeze the fruit too hard as this will over-strain the motor.
 Only use the citrus squeezer if all its components are correctly fitted, and
always alternate 15 seconds of operation with a 15 second pause, for a
maximum of 10 cycles.
