The following symbols are used in the operating instructions, on the packaging, the product and any
accessories:

Intended Use

The b2go dental splint aids the treatment of bruxism
The b2go is designed, when there is corresponding pressure on the teeth, to produce a vibration which,
by means of bone conduction to the ear, can also be perceived acoustically as a buzzing sound. With this
biofeedback, the b2go subconsciously makes your body aware of its "grinding/clenching" malfunction so
that it can immediately stop doing this.
• The b2go should only be worn by yourself for a short time until you have achieved the successful
outcome you want.
• The maximum lifespan of the b2go is 8 weeks, with an average number of 100 grinding episodes per
night.

• Do not wear the b2go for longer than 8 weeks. If you wear it for longer periods, this could cause
elongation of the teeth.

• The lifespan and durability of the material and the battery of the b2go may be shorter with very severe
and frequent grinding or intentional clenching.
• The b2go is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial applications.
• The b2go should only be used as described in these operating instructions. Any other use is deemed to
be improper.
• The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect handling, damage, assembly or attempted
repairs. The same applies to normal wear and tear.
• Any dental splint can be bitten through if it is used excessively. No warranty can be offered against biting
through it.

Safety Notices

WARNING – Danger of Injury
■ Danger of suffocation! Keep children and animals away from the packaging material.
■ b2go is not a toy! Keep it away from children and animals.
■ Danger of burns! If the battery has leaked, do not allow your skin, eyes and mucous membranes to come
into contact with the battery acid. If you touch battery acid, rinse the affected areas with abundant clear
water straight away and seek medical assistance immediately.
■
b2go must not be modified, manipulated or taken apart.
NOTICE – Risk of Material Damage
■ Do not press any sharp objects into the b2go (pens, finger nails, etc.).
■ Keep your b2go away from ultrasonic devices or microwave ovens.
■ b2go can only vibrate when it is inside the oral cavity and the teeth are clenched against each other. If it
vibrates constantly, stop using the b2go and go to the FAQ page or contact us by telephone.
■ Consuming sleeping pills or sedatives or alcohol before wearing your b2go may reduce the effectiveness
of any biofeedback and therefore cause increased grinding activity. This increased load may shorten the
useful life of the material (biting through it) and the battery. No warranty can be offered against biting
through it.
■ Do not clean in the dishwasher.
■
Do not use any denture cleansers, dips, toothpaste or other sharp or abrasive cleaners. These contain
strong bleaching or cleaning agents which may attack the material.
