TilexPro 30/50 tile lifting system
The tile lifting system TilexPro 30/50 is suitable for
non destructive solving of ground and wall tiles, inde-
pendent on their kind of lay . By its unique adaptable
chamber system the TilexPro 30 can be used for tile
formats from 10 x 10 cm up to 30 x 30 cm, the Tilex-
Pro 50 even up to a format of 50 x 50 cm each tile .
As accessories you need a hot air blower as well as
a joint cutter set .
Operating instructions:
In the first working step put the TilexPro to the tiles
format to be solved, so that the noses on the head
side of the plates come into the accordant grooves
and will be fixed . Afterwards put the top cover with
the handles and the fitting for the hot air blower on
the frame and fix it with the four knurled head screws .
In the next step the joints of the to be solved tile must
be removed with a join cutter . Take care not to destroy
the edges of the tile by this operating process .

Following the joints of the tile must be watered . After
a residence time of 5-10 minutes – in individual cases
the residence time of the water can take up to 12-16
hours – put the TilexPro on the tile . Now put the hot air
blower into the round opening fitting of the top cover
and the net plug into the socket . Start hot air blower
on step 5 . After approximately 5 minutes put the hot air
blower on step 7, but not higher . This my harm the tile .
The warm-up time belongs to the thickness of the tile
and can take between 7-20 minutes . In this time the
tile resolve itself from the ground . Now, switch off the
hot air blower and put it on a safe place . Attention:
hot and fire hazard . Don't put the hot air blower on a
flammable ground . At least raise the tile carefully with
a scraper on the edges and take it away .
It is advisable for raising the tile to carry working
gloves, because also the tile is very hot
