This device is fitted with sandwich cages that can be fully opened in two positions:
A) For toasted sandwiches with normal filling

The sandwich cages have a hinge at the bottom, so the two sides can be completely rotated. The cage
is closed in the two positions with the aid of magnets on the handle.
• Unfold the sandwich cage by 180° [Fig. B].
• Place the food in the sandwich cage [Fig. C].
• Close the sandwich cage.
• Insert the sandwich cage in the toaster slots [Fig. D].
• Insert the power cable plug into the power socket.
• Turn the timer knob clockwise to select the required cooking time [Fig. E ].
• The appliance switches off automatically when the set time is reached, emitting a buzz.
• Remove the sandwich cages.
• Set the sandwich cages down on a flat surface, open them and remove the food.
WARNING! Always disconnect the appliance from the socket
before cleaning or performing maintenance.
WARNING! Risk of fire. Wait for the appliance to cool
completely before storing it.
• Remove and empty the crumb tray.
• Wash: the sandwich cages and the crumb tray, as explained in the "Cleaning before first use" section.
• Wipe the exterior panels of the toaster with a dampened and thoroughly squeezed out sponge.
• Dry with a dry cloth.
If one of the following problems occurs, adopt the solution indicated:
The appliance emits smoke when switched on for
the first time.

Let it operate empty the first time it is used, to
disperse the fumes and the typical smell of a new
appliance.
