BELLOTA has a 2 year warranty on the pruning shears and a 1 year warranty on the battery.
The warranty covers any manufacturing defect, which always has to be checked and approved by Bellota.
The expenses incurred in any damage, immobilization labour, transportation, etc. shall be paid by the buyer.
Under no circumstances whatsoever does the warranty cover the wear and tear of pieces, such as the
blades and counter-blades, pinions, etc.
The warranty shall be cancelled in the following cases:
1.
Non-observance of the instructions of use and recommendations given by Bellota.
2.
Incorrect use or use that is different from what has been established by Bellota.
3.
Repair work and tampering by unauthorised personnel.
