Open the lid [J] and pour demineralised water using the special measuring
container supplied. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED QUANTITY OF WATER
PROVIDED BY THE SPECIAL MEASURING CONTAINER.
Hook the tank back to the appliance, ensuring it is correctly positioned and
secured.
• If the water runs out
During use, you must see the steam come out and hear its noise. If you no longer see
steam and cannot hear the noise, it means that the tank must be refilled. About one
minute and a half is needed for the steam to come out from the appliance.
START-UP

• First use:

1. Connect the power plug to the mains supply.
To turn on the appliance press the ON/OFF button [G] for 5 sec.
The LCD display [C] switches on automatically.

2. Select the desired temperature using the + and - buttons [E/F]:
press - to decrease the temperature or + to increase it.
About 2 minutes are needed for the appliance to reach the maximum
temperature (230°C).
Once reached the set temperature the symbol " " stops flashing on the display.
5 temperature levels are available : 150-170-190-210-230°C.

TYPE OF HAIR
For an optimal effect, it is necessary to evaluate the sensitivity of the hair to
determine the correct temperature of use (normal hair, sensitive, very sensitive).
On first use, when the set temperature has been reached, hold the
plate closed until steam comes out (for this first start-up you have
to wait about two minutes).
The steam will not come out when the two clamps of the plate are
open.
After a few seconds of inactivity, the straightener keyboard
automatically locks and the symbol "
To unlock the keyboard, press for a few seconds the + or - buttons.
3. Start styling by going over the lock of hair once or twice, depending on the type
of hair.
Perform slow movements to allow the steam to reach the central part of the lock
of hair.
