WARNING:

Before starting assembly:
Punch lampholder through hole in reflector and snap them together. (Fig. 1)
Attach the outlet box:
1. In most cases, the supply wiring will be fed through the round opening in
the back of the box. The round threaded plugs are used to close the unused
openings. Before mounting the box, liberally coat the threads on the round
plugs with sealant. Then install the plugs in the unused holes, tightening
them firmly. (Fig. 2)
2. Feed the supply wire into the box. Attach the box to the surface using 1"
long screws. (Fig. 3)
3. Strip off 1/2" of insulation from the ends of the supply wires and the ground
wire. (Fig. 4)
4. Install the ground wire under the ground screw and tighten. DO NOT
overtighten as you may break the screw head. (Fig. 5)
Assemble the light fixture:
5. Strip off 1/2" of insulation from the ends of all four lampholder wires.
(Fig. 4)
6. Coat the threads of the remaining 1/2" plug with sealant and install it into
the center hole of the three hole cover.
7. Coat the threads on the lampholders with sealant. Be sure the locking rings
are on the lampholders.
8. Feed the lampholder wires through the openings on the cover and screw
the lampholders into the cover. DO NOT overtighten. (Fig. 6)
9. Remove the center section of the round gasket and feed the supply wires
through the opening. (Fig. 7)
10. Wire the lampholders to the supply wires as follows: Hold all the white
wires together and twist a wire connector over the ends of the wires in a
clockwise direction (Fig. 8). In the same manner, connect all the black
wires. Make sure wire connectors are secure and that no bare conductors
are visible. Push all wiring into the outlet box.
11. Position the gasket behind the cover so that an equal area or distance of
gasket extends from all edges of the cover. Align the screw holes in the
cover with those in the gasket and box. Attach the cover to the box using
the 1/2" long screws. Tighten the screws. (Fig. 9)
12. Loosen the locking rings at the base of the lampholders and the screws on
the swivel arms, aim the lampholders as desired, and re-tighten the
locking rings and screws. To fully tighten the locking rings, push the teeth
on the rings with a screwdriver. Lampholders should be aimed downward.
Contemporary lampholders have a small weep hole to prevent water from
collecting. Be sure to position lampholders to facilitate drainage. (Fig. 10)
13. Place a small circular gasket over the base of each bulb and screw the
bulbs into the lampholder sockets. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE BULBS.
Use standard par 38 floodlight bulbs (maximum 150-watt) (Fig. 10)
14. Replace fuse or turn ON circuit. Turn on the light switch. If the unit does no
illuminate, test the bulbs. If the bulbs work, TURN OFF THE POWER and
return to step 1.
