Press the menu button (Menu) to select
soup (Soupe/Sauce) (fig. l).
» To choose a different cooking time, refer
to chapter "Setting up the cooking time".

Press the start button (On/Off) to confirm
and start cooking (fig. i).

When the cooking is finished, the appliance
beeps and turns into warm keeping
automatically.
Steam (Vapeur)

Pour some water into the inner pot.

Put the steam tray in the inner pot, put the
food in a bowl, and then put the bowl on
the steam tray.

Wipe the outside of the inner pot dry
(fig. d), and then put it in the multicooker
(fig. e).

Close the lid of the multicooker (fig. f),
and put the plug in the power socket
(fig. g).

Press the menu button (Menu) to select
Steam (Vapeur) (fig. m).
» To choose a different cooking time, refer
to chapter "Setting up the cooking time".

Press the start button (On/Off) to confirm
and start cooking (fig. i).

When the cooking is finished, the appliance
beeps and turns into warm keeping
automatically.
Note
• When steaming food, do not immerse the
steam tray in water.
• After the steaming is finished, use a kitchen
glove or a cloth to remove the bowl and steam
tray, as they could be very hot.

Put the food and ingredients for the stew
in the inner pot.
Wipe the outside of the inner pot dry
(fig. d), and then put it in the multicooker
(fig. e).
Close the lid of the multicooker (fig. f),
and put the plug in the power socket
(fig. g).
Press the menu button (Menu) to select
stew (Mijoter) (fig. n).
» To choose a different cooking time, refer
to chapter "Setting up the cooking time".
Press the start button (On/Off) to confirm
and start cooking (fig. i).
When the cooking is finished, the appliance
beeps and turns into warm keeping
automatically.
Clean the inner pot thoroughly and wipe
the inside of the pot dry with a soft cloth.
Wipe the outside of the inner pot dry
(fig. d), and then put it in the multicooker
(fig. e).
Put the plug in the power socket (fig. g).
Pour some cooking oil into the inner pot.
Press the menu button (Menu) to select
fry (Frire) (fig. o).
Press the start button (On/Off) to confirm
and start cooking (fig. i).
Let the cooking oil heat up for 5 minutes,
and then put the ingredients and
seasonings into the inner pot.
Stir the food and ingredients constantly
with a spatula.
When the frying process is finished, close
the lid, and press the menu button (Menu)
to select slow cooking (Slow cooking)
(fig. p).
