The elastic tool attachment has a loop at one end and a
D-ring at the other end. It is best suited for light weight
tools having a captive eye for attachment e.g. (wrench).
First pass the
loop through the
hole of the tool
and pass D-ring
end through the
tool attachment
loop forming
a knot on the
captive eye.
