Introduction

Thank you for choosing a Yamaha HY144-D-SRC Audio Interface Card. The
HY144-D-SRC is a digital I/O card for connecting the device with HY slots to
the Dante digital audio network over Gigabit Ethernet. This manual provides
the information required to plan, set up and troubleshoot the sound system.
In order to take full advantage of functionality offered by your HY144-D-
SRC, please read this manual carefully before using the card. After you
have read the manual, keep it in a safe place.

Main Features

• Can send and receive uncompressed digital audio signals of a maximum
of 32-bit* 96 kHz quality, with a maximum of 144 inputs/144 outputs*.
* Data length and number of input/output are limited by selected SRC mode. Select
an appropriate SRC mode according to your sound system.
• Redundant connections are supported with primary and secondary
connectors. Daisy chain connections are also supported.
• Two digital sound systems with different word clock sources can be
connected using SRC.
• Indicators show communication status useful for troubleshooting.
