Decommissioning:
 Slowly reduce the pressure in the gas pipe (max. 350 mbar/s).
 Check that the gas pipe is not pressurized.
 Undo the screw connections and remove the meter.

4.3 Disposal

The turbine gas meters mainly consist of metallic materials which can be
melted down again in steelworks and metallurgical plants and which can
thus be reused a virtually unlimited number of times. The plastics used are
listed in Annex B to ensure that the materials can be sorted and separated
for the purposes of subsequent recycling.
Like all mineral oils (e.g. for motor vehicles), the oil supplied with the device
must be disposed of in an environmentally sound way.
