Correct anomalies
If an anomaly occurs, please check that it is not related to improper use and consult
the table below in order to remedy the fault yourself, before contacting the after-sales
service.
Often you can fix the technical fault of the device yourself.
Device does not
work

Handles were

There is dirt on
the handles.

Check the fuse in the fuse box
Check if lighting and other kitchen
appliances are working
The handles can be removed. Simply
put them back in their place in the
control panel and press to fix them.
They can now be rotated in the usual
way.
The handles can be removed. You just
have to pull it out to dismantle them.
You can also push them forward by
applying slight pressure from the rear
side of the joysticks.
Please clean the joysticks with a cloth
and soapy water. Wipe with a soft
cloth. Do not use sharp or abrasive
utensils.
Do not rinse or clean in the dishwasher.
Avoid disassembling the handles too
much so that the supports remain
solid.
This is normal in order to guarantee the
best distribution of air in the cavity and
the best performance of the oven.
