Mounting material

A fully extracted side blind has to withstand extreme
loads at its fastenings. Depending on the wall type
at the installation site, the correct fastening must be
selected in order to ensure a secure fixation.
WARNING
For every mounting material, the specifications
of the fastening manufacturer must be observed,
e.g. drill sizes, distances to edges, tensioning tor-
ques, drying times etc.

WARNING
To meet the wind resistance class mentioned in
the declaration of performance, the installed side
blind needs to fulfil these requirements:

The side blind is installed with the recommend-
ed type and number of brackets.
•
The side blind is installed under consideration
of the given fastening pull-out forces.
•
The instructions of the fastening manufacturer
have been respected during installation.
The combination of wall type and mounting mate-
rial used at your installation site might result in a
lower wind resistance class for your side blind.
