2.1. Put the cover on the flange (1).
2.2. Put the insert inside the flange (2).
2.3. Place the insert with the cover inside the tank (3).

Turn on the power (put the male connector into the female socket).

Set the required temperature using the thermostat handle. Thereat, the light indicator
should light informing that the equipment is switched on.
The thermostat handle is graded with Arabic numerals from 0 to 12. The temperature
adjustment range is presented in the "Technical specifications" section. The
recommended temperature of first course serving corresponds with handle positions
from 1 to 8.

In the process of serving the food warmer cover may be open. If serving is not
performed the cover should be always closed.
EQUIPMENT SHUT-DOWN

Turn the thermostat handle to the position of "0". Make sure that the light indicator has
blinked off.
2.
Turn off the power (put the male connector out of the female socket).
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Before any maintenance, it is necessary to cut off power supply and let the equipment cool
down to the room temperature.
The equipment should not be cleaned using any abrasive materials, pricking and cutting
items, metal sponges and brushes, aggressive chlorine-containing detergents, gasoline,
acids, alkalies and solvents.
Washing of the equipment under a direct water stream or submergence thereof into water or
any other liquid is not allowed.
Case surfaces, internal surfaces of the tank and the flange should be cleaned with a soft
sponge or cloth wetted with warm soap solution. Remove solution residues with a clean wet
cloth and wipe the equipment dry.
The insert and cover should be washed with warm soap solution, thoroughly swilled
out with clean water and wiped dry.
