THE WALK MECHANISM'S WALKING/SKIING MODE
All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com
S1 Boots have a locked forward lean position for downhill skiing, or
hinge freely for walking and climbing.
› FOR
WALKING, OPEN THE CUFF BUCKLES as described above.
› FOR DOWNHILL
ski mode.
ADJUSTING S1 CUFF DIAMETER
The Buckle Strap System is attached with threaded, hexkeyed
T-NUTS that can be moved 65 mm (outside) and 20 mm (inside)
forward or back to accommodate a variety of lower leg diameters.
To adjust the Buckle Strap System for larger or more slender lower
legs, remove the T-nut with the included 3 mm hex key, move the
T-nut toward the inside of the boot for a smaller diameter, the
outside of the boot for a larger diameter and thread the 3 mm bolt
in the T-Nut and snug it down securely.
CHANGING SOLE
To change your sole you only need a #3 Posi-Drive Screwdriver.
First remove the sole's fixing bolts. Set the bolts aside where you
won't lose them. Remove the sole by lifting the toe first. Once
your soles are off of the shells, put the shell aside with its appro-
priate right or left sole. Choose one of the shells and push the new
Sole Set straight in. Replace the fixing bolt and snug it down.
SKIING, close all the buckles and you will be in
