A. The fire is too strong so turn down the heat.
B. Check whether the pressure regulator is obstructed or isn't fixed properly.

HOW TO USE

Please clean the pressure cooker, add water to the pot and heat half an hour before first time
using, in order to remove unpleasant odors.
1. Before use, make sure that the releasing hole is unobstructed.
If it is obstructed, clean it with a needle.
2. Opening and closing the lid:
Put the button up to open the lid as Fig. 11 and put the button down to close the lid as Fig.12.
3. Adjust the working pressure
Close the lid, when required, please make reference to section IX.
4. Heating
In order to raise the temperature quickly, cook over high heat till the safely open-preventing valve
begins to work. Pay attention not to use a too strong heat source. It is normal that a little steam
seeps from the safely open-preventing valve after heating for a while. There should be no more
steam leakage after the open-preventing valve rises and the cooker works normally. When steam
releases continuously from pressure regulator, turn down the heat and ensure that the pressure
regulator keeps releasing steam. Now start to count the cooking time. (As per part IX)
Caution: The cooking time should be counted when the pressure cooker starts releasing steam
until the moment you turn off the heat.

Never leave the pressure cooker unattended during cooking.

Don't directly touch the cooker's metal surface. Pay close attention when cooking and use
the handles to prevent from scalding.
5. Turn off the heat, wait until the pressure is totally released and open the lid.

The condition of natural cooling down
When heating time is up, turn off the heat and wait until the pressure inside the cooker has
dropped completely. When the indicator falls, the cooking is over. Put the button up to open the lid
as Fig. 13, then take off the lid.
