If appliance went in standby, press
Press button MENU' (I) once, the first program lights up.

Pressing again button Menù (I), you can choose between 6 preset programs.

Once the program is chosen, press START (M) to start cooking, or:
o Press temperature button (B) and set BOTTOM temperature with the buttons (E and F).
o Press temperature button (B) and set UPPER temperature with the buttons (E and F).
o Press time button (C) and set time with the buttons (E and F). Press START (M) to start cooking.
Note. Time and temperature set on each program are studied to have correct cookings for the relative
food. It is advised to change time and temperature only based on experience (eg. Previous cookings not
finished or too long).
During cooking:
-
Oven can be turned off with button ( ). The first press puts the oven in standby, the second turns it off.
CLEANING -
Clean after every use. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and allow each part
to cool down before starting any cleaning procedure.
- Do not place oven in water. In any case prevent splashes of water or other liquids from reaching the unit.
- Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
- Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.
- Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and non-abrasive sponge.
ATTENTION: do not wash the pizza peel (6) in the dishwasher, as aggressive washing ruins the
aluminum, making it dark and opaque.
CLEANING OF STONE

Il is normal for the refractory stone to become dark with use. This is typical of natural stone.

If there are no incrustations, a wipe with a damp cloth is sufficient

If there are incrustations use a scraper to gently scrape them off. Complete cleaning with damp cloth.

If very dark spots have formed on the stone following the spill of oil, mozzarella or tomato, it is advisable
to carry out a special cleaning to lighten the stone:
o
Scrape away the incrustations with the scraper and then wipe with a damp cloth.
o
Turn the stone with the dirty side facing the lower resistance.
o
Turn the oven on with PULIZIA program, at the end of which stone will be lightened.
