PULIZIA PIETRA REFRATTARIA
la pietra non deve mai essere lavata. Non usare detersivi per la pulizia del piano di cottura e non versare sulla
pietra acqua fredda per evitare una eventuale rottura, causata dallo shock termico.
È normale che, con l'uso, la pietra refrattaria diventi scura. È una caratteristica della pietra naturale.

Qualora non vi siano incrostazioni è sufficiente una passata con un panno umido.

Nel caso si siano formate incrostazioni è possibile utilizzare un raschietto per grattarle via delicatamente.
Completare la pulizia con un panno inumidito.

Qualora sulla pietra si siano formare macchie molto scure a seguito della caduta di olio, mozzarella o
pomodoro, si consiglia di procedere a una pulizia per pirolisi per schiarire la pietra:
o Grattare via le incrostazioni con il raschietto e poi passare con un panno umido.
o Girare la pietra con il lato sporco rivolto verso la resistenza inferiore.
o Azionare il forno con il programma PULIZIA. Al termine la pietra si è schiarita.
