receiver does not receive any valid code within about 60
seconds.
The receiver can memorize up to 9 radio controls. It will not
&
accept a tenth.

USE OF RADIO/REMOTE CONTROL
The motor control unit works in either step-step or user
present mode. For example, to operate Motor M3 (C20
actuator) with the remote/radio control in step-step mode,
make sure dipswitch no.7 is OFF and proceed as follows:
press key 5 on the remote/radio control to send the open
·
signal for Motor M3;
press key 6 to send the stop signal for Motor M3 ;
·
press key 6 to send the close signal;
·
press key 5 to sent the stop signal.
·
Use the same procedure to drive the other motors. Keys 1
&
and 2 of the remote/radio control drive Motor M1 (blind); keys
3 and 4 drive Motor M2 (shade).
Keys 7 and 8 of the remote/radio control perform general
opening or closure:
key 7 serves for general opening with the following
·
sequence: Motor M1 (blind) - Motor M2 (shade) - Motor
M3 (C20 actuator);
key 8 serves for general closure with the following
·
sequence: Motor M3 (C20 actuator)- Motor M2 (shade)-
Motor M1 (blind).
To operate Motor M3 (C20 actuator) with the remote/radio
control in user present mode, position dipswitch no. 7 ON

MAINTENANCE
If the power unit does not function properly, contact
the manufacturer. Any repairs on the power unit must
be made exclusively by the manufacturer's qualified
experts. TOPP does not accept any liability for repairs
made by unauthorized persons.
The power unit and its accessories are used with elements
that do not require routine or special maintenance as a
general rule. Under particularly extreme conditions (very dirty
premises, frequent use, abrupt temperature changes, etc.) or
in case of outdoor installation (limited to the sensors) it is
necessary to check at least once every six months, the seal of
the fastening systems and gaskets, the state of the wires and
connections. With the same frequency, check that the control
unit and its accessories (rain and wind sensor) do not show
signs of damage or overheating. In particular, for
precautionary reasons, we recommend replacing them as
soon as they show signs of wear due to exposure to sunlight
or extreme weather (dullness of coloring and/or deformity of
the external casings, discoloration, opaque spots, cracks
and/or porosity on the sensitive surface of the rain sensor).

DEMOLITION
Demolition of the actuator must be made in respect

·
The user present mode is not recommended if the motors
are driven by remote/radio control as it causes rapid
battery consumption.
Remote/radio control range
In infrared mode the minimum range is about 6-10
&
meters, depending on the shape of the room in which the
TF unit is installed, the state of the battery charge and the
angle between the infrared receiver and the remote
control.
The infrared receiver is located underneath the
&
transparent window with the Topp logo, (par.2.9 IR
window). For correct function, position the TF unit so that
the angle between the remote control and receiver is not
less than ±45° with respect to the front axis.
In radio mode the minimum range is about 10-20
&
meters depending on the shape of the room in which the TF
unit is installed, the state of the battery charge .
