Pull the plug when you are not using the device
or making adjustments.
Always guide the cable away from the back of
the tool.
Never cut, drill, or saw in concealed areas where
there may be electric, gas, or water lines. Use a
suitable detector to find such lines.

When the machine is working it will generate
dust which may be harmful, inflammable or
explosive.
Take suitable safety precautions. Wear a dust
protection mask. Ensure that there is good
ventilation at the workplace.
Do not machine materials that contain asbestos.
Only use grinding tools whose maximum speed
is at least as high as the idling speed of the
machine.
Do not use damaged, non-round or vibrating
grinding tools.
Do not start the machine at idling speed. Always
switch off the machine at the ON/OFF switch
when you have finished working with it. This will
prevent you starting it in idling speed next time
you switch it on.
Check the direction of rotation. Always hold the
machine so that sparks and dust fly away from
your body.
Never reach into rotating grinding tools.
Always switch off the machine and allow it to
reach a standstill before you put it down.
Repairs may only be carried out by trained

and check that all screws and bolts are secure.
If the machine does not function correctly pull
the power plug out of the socket immediately.
You should also do this if you hear abnormal
noise coming from the machine, the ON/OFF
button does not work correctly or the power
cable is defective.
Replacement discs must be kept in a dry place
where they cannot suffer any damage from
falling.
Use only FEPA standard discs with a diameter of
100 mm. Other discs can explode or jeopardise
the safety of the operator when stressed.
The disc diameter must not differ from the
normal radius by more than 15 mm. Discs with a
diameter of less than 70 mm must not be used
in any circumstances.
The disc must rotate clockwise as indicated by
