• First remove any oil or fat still inside the appliance:
- Make sure that the oil or fat has cooled down
completely.
- Frying oil or fat should be disposed of at a special-
purpose collection point.
• Clean the frying basket, the inner pan and the lid
using hot water and washing-up liquid. Dry them
thoroughly.
• Clean the outside of the appliance only with a moist
cloth and thoroughly dry the outside afterwards.
• Fit the lid back on the appliance. You can do this by
placing the lid upright above the hinge recesses in
the housing. Make sure that the protruding part of the
spring slots into the housing. Now you can push the
lid down at the hinge until the hinge clicks into place.
Replacing the filter
• Open the filter holder on the lid.
• Remove the filter present from the lid.
• Place the new filter.
• Close the filter holder.
STORAGE
Store the appliance and the accessories in a dry place.
After long storage periods without use, drain the oil or
fat from the appliance and store the oil or fat separately.
